I can't see the whole article. But I really don't know if he should be banned. We could say the same thing about the violence thing here. I know of at least two instances where fights broke out when his movie was released. The only thing he could be blamed for in that case would be influencing people.
Politicians are quick to blame but slow to fix problems. Banning won't fix the violence in T.O.
